YVP series frequency variation speed regulation motors
Operating conditions:
Three-phase AC frequency variation power
supply, power supply for frequency converter three-phase 380v
(50HZ), output of frequency converter 5-100HZ (5-50HZ, 50-100HZ),
velocity modulating below 50 HZ with constant torque and velocity
modulating above 50HZ with constant output, ambient temperature
between -20℃ and +40℃, relative humidity lower than 85%, altitude
lower than 1000 meters above sea level, IP44 (IP54) class
protection, continuous S1 duty, IC416(or IC411) method of cooling.
Specialties and applications;
The rotor of the motor is specially designed to
guarantee rated rotor torque output at low velocity. The
independent axial flow ventilator in the cooling system ensures the
cooling effect at different velocities. The motor has F class
insulation, which greatly improves its operating reliability. This
series has the same frame centerheigh, output, foot-mounting
dimension with Y series (a bit different in shape). Its mounting
arrangements are IMB3, IMB35, IMB5, IMV1, etc. It can be
coordinated with the same type frequency converter at home and
abroad. It possesses remarkable applicability and exchangeability,
reliable operation and easy maintenance.
This series motors are widely used in light industry, chemical
industry, textile, metallurgical industry and the velocity
modulation of blower and pumps. It is also generally applied for
automatic producing assembly lines. It is an ideal power source of
velocity modulation.
